Lily started from a personal need. After a treatment that cost her her hair, our founder went from shop to shop looking for something that looked real, and found nothing that made her feel like herself again.
She began bringing in hand-picked hair, piece by piece, for friends going through the same thing. Everything else grew out of those first clients.
Today we pick every unit by the same rule: if we would not wear it ourselves, we do not sell it.
Lily nació de una necesidad personal. Después de un tratamiento que le costó su cabello, nuestra fundadora recorrió tienda tras tienda buscando algo que se viera real, y no encontró nada que la hiciera sentir ella misma otra vez.
Empezó a traer cabello seleccionado a mano, pieza por pieza, para amigas que pasaban por lo mismo. De esas primeras clientas salió todo lo demás.
Hoy escogemos cada unidad con el mismo criterio: si no nos la pondríamos nosotras, no la vendemos.

How long does a natural hair wig last?¿Cuánto dura una peluca de cabello natural?

Yes, it is 100% natural hair, so it takes colour and heat. We recommend a professional does the colouring and that the iron stays under 180 °C. Yes. We dispatch from Santo Domingo within 24 to 48 working hours. Inside the Distrito Nacional delivery is usually same or next day; elsewhere, two to three days.Sí.
